2. If the equipment is out of service for more than half a month, the discharge nylon pipe is raised to the exchange column so that it does not drain water. When it is not used for a long time, the residual salt in the salt tank and valve body should be cleaned. Lubricating oil should be added to the rotary valve and the transmission parts. It is strictly forbidden to induce the equipment. When the machine stops for more than half a month in summer and mildew season, the machine should be turned on for 60 to 120 minutes to prevent the microorganisms from mildewing in the resin tank. When restarting, pull the pulley with a hand, make the rotary valve rotate several times, and then put the water pipe in its original position after power is turned on.
3. When the equipment is in place, fix the bolts of the fixed motor, the bolts of the limit switch, the connection bolts inside and outside the distribution panel once more, so as to avoid accidents when the equipment is running. The upper and lower bolts of the wrench fixing block on the rotary valve should be fixed well to avoid collision of the exchange column as far as possible.
4. Do not adjust the relay time when the equipment is working. After the power supply is cut off, the cleaning equipment can be maintained, and the faults of motor, distribution panel and limit switch should be avoided fundamentally. At the same time, water supply and power supply are provided during operation, and all water source power supply is turned off when shutdown occurs. Users can not shut down in a short period of time at each downtime, they should also shut down water.
