Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve belongs to rotary valve, and its tri-eccentricity is placed on the valve plate. In the process of valve manufacture, the outer edge of the valve plate is partially spherical (see Fig. 2). The outer eccentric spherical surface is polished to a roughness of R a 04. The spherical surface is chromium plated or surfacing Stalley alloy with hardness of HRC 45-60. Tri-eccentric disc valve has the highest pressure resistance of 26 MPa, low temperature resistance of - 196 C, up to 700 C, and zero leakage. It can be seen that the innovative structural characteristics of the Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve make it have the following main characteristics.

1. Set regulation and cut-off in one, strong maneuverability.

The new triple eccentric butterfly valve is designed with double safety structure. In order to prevent butterfly plate deformation, stem dislocation and sealing surface occlusion caused by the influence of fluid pressure and temperature, two separate thrust rings are installed at the bottom and bottom of the butterfly plate respectively, thus ensuring the normal operation of the valve under any working conditions; in order to prevent sudden accidents caused by stem breakage and flying out, two separate thrust rings are installed at the bottom of the valve. The outer two parts are designed to prevent the valve stem from flying out independently.

2. No dead zone design, small opening moment.

Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve plate shape is elliptical cone, its surface hardfacing carbide, excellent wear resistance, floating U-shaped stainless steel seat with automatic adjustment center function. When the valve is opened, the elliptical conical sealing face plate first detaches from the U-shaped elastic seat and then rotates; when closed, the valve plate rotates, and under the action of eccentric axis, the valve plate automatically adjusts the center of the elastic seat, and the pressure on the seat causes the seat to deform until the seat and the elliptical conical sealing surface of the valve plate closely coincide. The butterfly plate does not scrape the valve seat when the valve is on and off, and the torque of the stem is transmitted directly to the sealing surface through the butterfly plate. The opening moment is small, thus eliminating the common jumping phenomenon when the valve is opened, that is, eliminating dead zone (no belt). This dead-zone-free design allows theTriple Eccentric Butterfly Valve to enter the adjustable region from zero to 90 degrees, and its control ratio can be as high as 1001, twice as that of the general butterfly valve.
3. Zero leakage, high temperature and high pressure resistance.
The greatest characteristic of three eccentricity is that it fundamentally changes the sealing structure, not the position seal, but the torsional seal, that is, it does not rely on the elastic deformation of the seat, but completely relies on the contact surface pressure of the seat to achieve the sealing effect. This sealing structure enables the triple eccentric butterfly valve to achieve a hard sealing V I class, reaching true zero leakage. At the same time, due to the selection of metal seats and the structural characteristics of face seals, the problem of high temperature and high pressure resistance is solved. In addition, the Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve uses the body seat structure, which makes the valve structure more compact, reduces the chance of direct contact between the seat and the medium, reduces the degree of erosion of the seat, and effectively prevents the influence of small solids in the medium and the occlusion of the sealing surface caused by thermal expansion, thus prolonging the service life of the seat. The new Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve not only can replace the body seat, but also the butterfly plate sealing surface and the butterfly plate are independent. The butterfly plate sealing surface can also be replaced, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost.
