Performance of scotch yoke pneumatic actuator

The scotch yoke pneumatic actuator is a piston type actuator, which is widely used in our country at present. But do you know the performance of the scotch yoke pneumatic actuator? Understanding its performance will help us to better use the scotch yoke pneumatic actuator.
1. The rated output force or moment of the pneumatic device shall comply with the requirements of GB/T12222 and GB/T12223.
2. In the case of no-load, when the air pressure in cylinder is input according to Table 2, the action should be smooth, without obstruction and creeping.
3. Under air pressure of 0.6 MPa, the output torque or thrust of the pneumatic device in both opening and closing directions should be no less than the value indicated by the pneumatic device label, and the action should be flexible, so that permanent deformation and other abnormal phenomena are not allowed in all parts.
4. When the maximum working pressure is used in the sealing test, the amount of air leaked from each side of the back pressure shall not exceed (3+0.15D) cm3/min (standard state); the amount of air leaked from the end cap and the output shaft shall not exceed (3+0.15d) cm3/min.

5. Strength test is carried out under the maximum working pressure of 1.5 times. Leakage and structural deformation are not allowed in the end cap and static seal parts of the cylinder block after keeping the test pressure for 3 minutes.

6. Operating life times, the pneumatic device simulates the action of pneumatic valve, and the opening and closing times of opening and closing operations should not be less than 50000 times (opening-closing cycle is one time) while maintaining the output torque or thrust capacity in both directions.
7. When the piston moves to the end of the stroke, the impact phenomenon is not allowed in the pneumatic device with buffer mechanism.

Aluminum cylinders, pistons and end caps are the lightest in weight compared with actuators of the same size structure.
The cylinder block is extruded aluminium alloy, which is treated by hard anodic oxidation. The inner surface is hard with high strength and hardness. The sliding bearing made of low friction material avoids direct contact between metals, has low friction coefficient, flexible rotation and long service life.
Pneumatic actuator and valve installation, connection size according to international standards ISO5211, DIN3337 and VDI / VDE3845 design, can be exchanged with ordinary pneumatic actuator.
The gas source pore meets the NAMUR standard.
Pneumatic actuator bottom axle assembly holes (in line with ISO5211 standard) into double quadrangles, easy to install with square rod valve linear or 45 degree angle.
The top and top holes of the output shaft conform to the NAMUR standard.
The adjusting screw at both ends can adjust the opening angle of the valve.
The same specifications are double-acting and single-acting (spring reset).
The valve can be rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise according to the need of the valve.
Solenoid valves, locators (opening indicators), echoes, limit switches and manual operation devices are installed according to user's needs.
