1. Fault phenomena:
When the scotch yoke pneumatic actuator is powered on, it is found that the power indicator light is not on, the servo board has no feedback, and the signal does not move.
Fault diagnosis and repair process:
Because the power indicator is not on, first check whether the fuse is open. After checking the fuse is intact and comprehensive failure, it can be inferred that the failure may occur in the power supply part of the servo panel. Then check the power indicator, use the multimeter detection to find that the fuse is open, replace the fuse indicator and troubleshoot.
When the actuator of the scotch yoke pneumatic actuator is energized, the signal can be turned on and off.
