Advantages of hydraulic actuators:
The anti-deviation ability is very good, which can not be achieved by the electric actuator. The output thrust or moment is basically constant, which can overcome the unbalanced force of the medium and achieve the accurate control of the process parameters. The maximum thrust generated by the actuator can be as high as 225 000 kgf. Only the hydraulic actuator can achieve such a large thrust, but the cost of the hydraulic actuator is much higher than that of the electric actuator. It is ideal for remote areas where gas pressure cannot be provided but the position of the spool needs to be precisely controlled.
