One, the working principle of high temperature butterfly valve:
The high temperature butterfly valve is mainly composed of the frame, the gate, the screw rod and the nut. The hand wheel is rotated to make the screw rod with the screw nut and the gate plate moving in the horizontal direction, so as to achieve the opening and closing of the gate.

1. The shell test and sealing test medium for high temperature butterfly valves are water (including preservatives), kerosene or other suitable liquids with viscosity less than water.
2, the sealing pair is non-metal sealing high temperature butterfly valve, sealed shell test and requirements according to GB/T13927-92 D level regulations.
3. The seal pair is a high temperature butterfly valve with metal seal. For sealing performance, the leakage of the seal test is calculated by 1 x DNmm/s. No seal performance is required to do this test.
4. The high temperature butterfly valve driven by electric, hydraulic and pneumatic devices will be closed 3 times after closing the position, and the shell and seal test shall be carried out according to the requirements of 1 and 3.

6. Static pressure life test.
7. The number of hydrostatic life test of high temperature butterfly valve is in accordance with the regulations. Other technologies should be regulated according to JB/Z 234.
