2, the appearance inspection must be carried out before installation. The nameplate of the valve should conform to the current national standard "general valve sign" GB12220. For valves with working pressure greater than 1.0MPa and cut off on main pipe, strength and performance tests should be carried out before installation.

3. During the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration is not less than 5min. During the tightness test, the test pressure is 1.1 times the nominal pressure; the duration of the test is in line with the GB50243 requirement.

4. High temperature butterfly valve can be installed at any angle of pipe, but it can not be inverted. It is usually vertical and horizontal.

5. High temperature butterfly valves are usually unidirectional. When installing, please note that the arrow on the valve body indicates the direction of the medium pressure when the seal is closed.

6, although the product is strictly inspected and tested before being released, there are also some individual products that need to be readjusted in the transportation process. If the butterfly plate is closed, turn the limit screw against clockwise and rotate a little bit, turn the butterfly plate to the seal position, and lock the nut properly. If the butterfly plate is closed (or the butterfly plate can not be opened), the limit screw should be rotated clockwise, open the butterfly plate to close the seal position, and then lock the nut.

7. When the electric butterfly valve is out of factory, the opening and closing stroke of the control mechanism is adjusted to prevent the wrong direction of the power supply. Before switching on the power supply for the first time, the user must manually open to the half open position, then contact the switch, and check the direction of the indicator plate to the valve in the same direction.
