Due to the existence of a small amount of propylene particles in the medium, so the pump has to be overhauled and cleaned frequently, and no leakage is required for the outlet/inlet valve. The original gate valve can not reach VI class seal, and blind plate must be added before repairing it. After changing to triple eccentric metallic-sealed butterfly valve, the overhaul iscompleted safely without blind plate, which reduced the workload, and it has been recognized and praised by users.
