All shut-off valves for this project are purchased from Adqvalve· Ruituo, including 230 sets of pneumatic ball valve/butterfly valve, medium is heat-conducting oil(300℃) ,H2,HCl,SiCl4, Chloro-Silicane, etc. It is the largest polysilicon project in China before 2007, it has strict requirements for valves because of its complex process. After a lot of test and comparison, they finally choose our products. Metallic-sealed butterfly valve can be used for adjusting or cut-off, which saves the cut-off valve which must be installed in the pipeline according to the traditional design, and also saves a lot of cost for the project.
