Preventive maintenance of high-temperature butterfly valve is a planned maintenance before the failure of high-temperature butterfly valve, which includes the following aspects:
1. Regularly check whether air leakage occurs in the diaphragm.
2. Regularly check whether the output of the regulator is consistent with the valve position indicator.
3. Regularly clean the debris in the air source pipeline.
4. Check the air source condition of the high temperature control valve frequently. If there is any problem, it must be dealt with immediately.
5. Regularly check the upper and lower cover flanges of the valve body and the two side pipe flanges for leakage, and check whether the packing is leaking.
6. Regularly check whether the opening degree of the valve is consistent with the output, check whether the upper and lower movement of the valve stem has a beat, and whether the stroke has a change, etc.
7. A pneumatic high temperature control valve ledger shall be established to record the results of each inspection and fault treatment, so as to make it easier to analyze and deal with the fault causes in the future.
