The three eccentric and multi level metalic hard seal butterfly valve adopts three dimensional eccentric multi layer metalic seal structure. It is suitable for the metaliclurgical, electric power, petrochemical and water supply and drainage pipes with temperature less than 425 degrees, and the best device for regulating flow and interception.

1. The butterfly plate sealing ring of the metalic seal butterfly valve is a soft and hard laminated sheet metalic sheet. It has the dual advantages of metalic seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance in both low temperature and high temperature.
2. Metal sealed butterfly valve adopts three-dimensional eccentric structure, the seat and butterfly plate almost no friction, with the tighter the sealing function.

[principle of three dimensional eccentricity structure]
Usually double eccentric butterfly valves, like B (deviating from the center of the pipe) and a (deviating from the center line of the seal face), are designed to reduce the friction between the seat and the seal about 15 stroke, and add a special eccentricity angle beta, which not only overcomes all contact friction between the seal and the valve seat in the valve opening and closing. The service life is increased, and the sealing pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily by changing the applied torque, so that the sealing is more reliable and there is no turning over phenomenon.
